YOUTH PROGRAMS

 

Judo 1 (beginners & intermediate)-#300

Your child will be taught the fundamentals of Judo along with sportsmanship, mental and physical discipline, self–respect and courage. Students will advance to the intermediate level and be taught to control their opponents balance while setting up for various throws or take downs. Student will learn tournament calls.
Age: 7 - Adult

Judo II (advanced)-#305

This program is for those who have successfully completed Judo I . The instructor will demonstrate more advance techniques. Students will learn how to prepare and compete in tournaments. Physical discipline, self-respect, courage, and sportsmanship are a must to complete the program.

Karate (beginners & intermediate)-#410

Karate is a Martial Art form of mental and physical development as well as self-defense. Karate can help to build self esteem and self awareness. It uses blocks, punches, kicks and methods of moving to avoid or defeat an attacker. Karate was developed to preserve human rights. It is not intended to be used aggressively or misused for selfish or cruel purposes. To do would be a dishonor to the person using it that way. In its entirety therefore, it is an art, a philosophy and a highly developed system of self defense.

Taekwondo #430

What is Taekwondo? Taekwondo is a Korean Style method of unarmed self defense and sport. The word Tae means leg, (foot), Kwon means hand or (fist) and Do stands for the way of mental discipline to repel, aggression. It is also an Olympic Sport. Taekwondo does not mean fighting but it symbolizes the cultivation of a well rounded character in it's practitioners, through self respect, indomitable spirit of discipline, coordination and control.

Youth Swim Lessons #224
Coach Eve flexible scheduling allows you to start lessons at any time. Lessons are not scheduled in sessions so enrollment is always open. Classes will consist of six continuous lessons on the class you registered for.  The choice is up to you and what your schedule will allow. As long as we have availability, you may arrange your lessons.

Days: Monday, Wednesday or Saturday
Time: Monday & Wednesday (6:00pm - 6:40pm) (6:40pm - 7:20pm)
